You will address one of the following topics:
- Taking into consideration existing national frameworks as well as the various legal, economic and institutional realities in Europe, propose an outline for a regulatory framework at European level for commercial operations of suborbital vehicles.
- Assess the environmental issues both at the surface and in the air/space associated with suborbital flights, and the possible regulatory scenarios to address them.
- In the context of the commercial use of a high-speed long-range suborbital transport vehicle, propose a draft legal framework to cope with on-board disputes between passengers or between passengers and crew.

How to take part?
With the agreement of their teaching institution, teams (two to five students) can apply online, on this website, to work on one of the 10 Work Packages proposed by the Challenge. These projects can be led completely autonomously ...
