Once you have specified the target vehicle 1 – suborbital vehicle for high-speed long-range transportation or 2 – a vehicle servicing LEO destinations) on which you will be working, yYou will define an industrial strategy to enable the production, sale and commercial operation of the chosen vehicle.

The study will focus in particular on:

• Identifying the main materials, equipment and suppliers required for the manufacture of the vehicle,
• The organisation of the supply chain and associated risks,
• The definition of a production plan and a ramp-up strategy,
• The development of a sales plan identifying target markets and commercial prospects,
• Logistical aspects relating to delivery, maintenance and operational support.

Your final file will at least contain:

• Logic used for functional analysis,
• Identified requirements and constraints,
• An analysis of the main risks and constraints,
• An estimate of production costs and needs.
