You will address one of the following topics:

1. Propose an outline for a legal or regulatory framework at European level for commercial operations of suborbital vehicles ( type 1 and type 2 vehicles) (vehicles), taking into consideration existing national frameworks as well as the various legal, economic and institutional realities (European Union and EUSPA, European Space Agency) in Europe and the different levels of laws and regulations,

Or

2. Propose a draft legal or regulatory framework to cope with on-board disputes between passengers or between passengers and crew in the context of the commercial use of a high-speed long-range suborbital transport vehicle ((type 2 vehicle), taking into consideration existing national frameworks as well as the various legal, economic and institutional realities (European Union and EUSPA, European Space Agency) in Europe and the different levels of laws and regulations and drawing examples from the international context,

Or

3. Analyse both incentives and limitations of national space laws and regulations with regard to return to Earth for type 3 vehicle (servicing low Earth orbit) , considering sustainability aspects of the use of outer space, space debris mitigation and environmental aspects, as well as discussions on the international (UN) or regional (European Union/European Space Agency) level.
